Preparation

To enjoy hot:
Steep 6 g of tea in 300 ml of water at 90°C for 5 minutes.

To enjoy iced:
Steep 8–10 g in 500 ml of room temperature water for 45 minutes.
Strain, then refrigerate before serving.

Tea & Pairing

Pairs beautifully with a mango panna cotta, enhancing its soft, creamy sweetness with bright tropical notes.

Apple, pear, candied pineapple (10%), candied papaya (8%), lemongrass, rosehip, candied mango (4%), peach, cornflower petals, acidifier (citric acid), natural flavouring.
