  • Feel free to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell. It is much appreciated if you let us know ahead of time! 

  • No-shows are NOT permitted. No-shows will result in no future appointments. We only book new one client per day and this is to ensure our time is respected.



  • We do not accept deposits for the 1st appointment. We like to have the client decide at the consultation if they would like to continue with the procedure. However, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Full payment is expected in-person right after consultation at the start of your visit. 

  • If you miss your 1st appointment, then we would require a $200 non-refundable deposit to be used as credit on your account in order to rebook your next appointment. If you miss your next rebooked appointment, the $200 would be forfeited and no longer can be used as credit on your account.   

Release Waiver Form and COVID-19 Screening Intake Form

  • The Release Waiver Form and COVID-19 Screening Intake Form must be reviewed prior to booking an appointment to ensure you are the right candidate for the procedure.  FAQ should also be reviewed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any given reason.


  • All services are non-refundable.  We do not start or finish until you are 100% happy with your brows.

The Brow Bar is following these enhanced procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

  • Only one new client is booked each day to decrease risk of exposure.

  • Additional guests are not allowed.

  • Each client must wait in their car until their scheduled appointment time.

  • Each client required to wash hands upon arrival and before leaving.

  • Both client and technician must wear masks for the entire appointment.

  • Your technician will thoroughly wash hands, wear sterile gloves and a newly-washed apron for each client.

  • Your semi-permanent tattoo needles and microblades are sterile, single-use, and disposed of after your treatment.

  • Sterile, single-use disposable items will be used when possible (gauze, gloves, saline solution, cotton swabs, Vaseline).

  • All surfaces are wiped thoroughly with hospital grade disinfectant (CaviWipes) before and after each client.

  • All client belongings are placed in a clean storage container wiped thoroughly with CaviWipes before and after each client.

  • Each client has the flexibility to cancel and reschedule appointment if they are feeling unwell.

  • Your technician will notify you and cancel appointment if they are feeling unwell.
