Policies

-
If you are unwell on the day of your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. In such cases, we may allow a one-time reschedule without forfeiting your deposit, provided you contact us before your scheduled appointment.
-
No-shows or last-minute cancellations without notice will result in the loss of your deposit. We value your consideration in respecting our time, as we are a small business and only book one new client per day.
Cancellation

Deposit

-
To secure your appointment, new clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $200. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
-
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
-
Full payment for your service, minus the deposit, is due at the start of your visit, following your consultation.
-
Important: Please read and review the release form carefully and ensure all required information is provided before your appointment. For example, if you have had your brows done previously but did not send a photo of your current brows before your visit, and it is determined during the consultation that your brows are too dark to be covered, your deposit will be forfeited and applied as a consultation fee.
-
In the event of a missed appointment, the initial deposit of $200 will be forfeited. To book a new appointment, a new non-refundable deposit of $200 will be required.
Release Waiver

-
The Release Waiver must be reviewed prior to booking an appointment to ensure you are the right candidate for the procedure. FAQ should also be reviewed.
-
We reserve the right to refuse service for any given reason.
Refunds

-
All services are non-refundable. We do not start or finish until you are 100% happy with your brows.
